A survey of 200 men in Bangkok, Thailand found that erectile dysfunction drugs had been the most common issue in the recent year. "Although a lot of the time people are talking about erectile dysfunction treatments, they are very concerned about the rise of the pharmaceutical industry in Thailand," said Bangkok's most senior medical professional. "In the last decade, the pharmaceutical industry has become very lucrative. But it's not for lack of trying."
The survey was conducted among men aged between 18 and 55 who had sex with men aged between 18 and 55 years old. It included people who were suffering from erectile dysfunction (ED) as well as those aged between 18 and 55.
The findings from the survey were published in the Bangkok Times.
"Of the men in this survey, 10 out of 10, they said they were having difficulty in maintaining an erection," said Dr Nadeem Naeem, a professor of medicine at Bangkok Medical School.
The most common sexual health problem reported in the survey was "low libido" — "loss of interest in sex," "irregular and less desire" — "erectile dysfunction," "an inability to achieve orgasm," or "erectile dysfunction" -- a "loss of sex drive" -- "decreased sexual ability," according to the Bangkok Times.
Other reported problems included:
The study found that erectile dysfunction (ED) was the most common sexual health problem reported by men aged between 18 to 55. The percentage of men with erectile dysfunction ranged from 10.3% in the oldest to 11.5% in the youngest. The rate of erectile dysfunction in the oldest was 8.9% in the oldest, down from 9.5% in the oldest. The rate of erectile dysfunction in the youngest was 11.5% in the youngest, down from 13.7% in the oldest.
In the Bangkok study, 10 of the men (19.2%) reported that they had "dizziness." The other 10 men (19.1%) had not experienced this, but were still experiencing it after the first sexual encounter.
A survey conducted by the Bangkok Medical School found that "men with low libido and low sexual desire reported an increased frequency of intercourse" in the past year.
In the Bangkok study, the men who had erectile dysfunction reported "numerous attempts at intercourse and a decreased frequency of intercourse."
The study also found that "men with erectile dysfunction reported a greater percentage of intercourse attempts and a greater frequency of sexual intercourse."
In the Bangkok study, the men who reported sexual problems reported "less frequent intercourse attempts and less frequent sex," and reported "a greater frequency of sex."
In the Bangkok study, a significant percentage of men reported "unusually frequent sex."
A major issue with the use of erectile dysfunction drugs in Thailand is their potential to cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. While blood pressure is a key determinant in erectile dysfunction, a drop in blood pressure can be a real health concern.
The study found that the men who had experienced erectile dysfunction reported an "increased risk of dizziness and vertigo." These events can occur for a variety of reasons including a headache, lightheadedness, nausea, vomiting, or heart palpitations. The men who reported sexual problems reported more than a 50% decrease in blood pressure.
There is also the potential for erectile dysfunction to affect men who may be a candidate for other treatments, including lifestyle changes, medications, counseling, psychotherapy, psychosocial counseling, or even psychological counseling.
As of now, the only FDA-approved treatment for ED in Thailand is Viagra. However, there is currently no FDA-approved drug for treating erectile dysfunction in Thailand.

The cheapest erectile dysfunction (ED) pills are generic Viagra, called.
The term "generic" refers to the active ingredient of a medicine or drug rather than to the advertised brand name under which the medicine is sold. It is a term referring to any drug marketed under its chemical name without advertising.
Pfizer made the originaltablet that is often referred to as the “blue pill”.The patent expired in 2013 which then allowed other pharmaceutical manufactures to make a generic version under the name of the active ingredient called Sildenafil. They are exactly the same medically and perform in the same way with the same side-effects.
As with most branded products, Viagra is sold at a higher price, therefore the generic tablets sold asare much cheaper.
Medically there is no difference between a generic medicine and the branded medicine, as they both have the same active ingredients to make them perform in the same way. They only differ in the “bulking” agents used to fill the tablet as the amount of active ingredient required, in this case Sildenafil, is very small. This makes the tablets bigger and easier to handle.
The main difference between generic andbranded named prescription medicines is cost with generics being much cheaper
Every pharmacy can choose what price they sell at, as there are no fixed prices. It will depend on what price the pharmacy can buy the drug from the wholesaler and the cost of their own overheads. They can they decide what mark-up they require and some pharmacies choose to sell some products at higher prices.

Those online pharmacies who are not registered with the CQC either use pharmacist prescribers or foreign doctors.
You will then know and have the confidence that all the brands being offered are genuine and will work in the same way. All the pharmaceutical companies are inspected by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) to ensure they manufacturer the drugs to the same quality standard. This means that the key ingredient that is referred to as the “active” ingredient is exactly the same in all brands.
The other inactive ingredients that make up the bulk of the tablet are called “excipients” and can vary.
For those people who are allergic to or have an intolerance to lactose, then the is ideal for you as it is lactose free. You can check the additional excipients on the patient information leaflet supplied with your tablets.
Although medically all the generic tablets are identical, they may look different as they can vary in colour, shape and size due to the varying excipients.
The patent for, owned by Pfizer, expired in July 2013, which then allowed other pharmaceutical companies to produce generic. There are a number of companies now manufacturing which include Accord, Ajanta, Dr Reddy’s, Mylan, Teva, Torrent and Zentiva.
